Native Council created the Māori Pacific Job Board www.maoripacificjobs.co.nz to improve the visibility of roles in this niche area. We created the brand logo, designed and developed the website, marketing strategy, social media platforms and integration.
The Maori and Pacific Jobs website, contains Māori and Pacific focused employment opportunities.
We set up this job board to provide organisations with an option to advertise Māori and Pacific focused roles and to effectively connect with jobseekers in our social media networks worldwide. What we have increasingly found is that a wide range of organisations want a more fairer representation of the overall population’s cultural mix in their workforce, therefore a lot of them now advertise all roles through our website.
