When Ngāti Hikairo ki Kawhia wanted to update their website www.ngatihikairo.iwi.nz they engaged Native Council to come up with a solution for them. We developed a new brand identity, new website with an online iwi (tribal) registration system and multiple electronic newsletter formats.
Ngāti Hikairo were happy with the results and the fact that they are in charge of all content changes and additions on the website and electronic newsletter giving them better control of their iwi communications.
Ngāti Hikairo ki Kāwhia are an independent iwi of Tainui Waka origin and always have and will continue to maintain their mana motuhake and tino rangatiratanga in Kāwhia, Ōpārau and Waipā in the King Country and Waikato regions. The iwi authority is Te Rūnanganui o Ngāti Hikairo.
